Chad J. Willett (NSA, MA, SAG-AFTRA) is a renowned innovation and leadership speaker, TEDx presenter, two-time author ("Smash the Box" and "Rip Off the Rearview Mirror") & founder of Broadway2LA Acting Studio. He combines his acting background with his corporate experience to deliver one-of-a-kind keynote addresses and workshops that inspire audiences to think creatively and lead boldly.
Chad’s recent clients include McDonald’s, Nationwide Insurance, Johns Hopkins University, Raytheon, Bayer, and the Better Business Bureau. He has also worked for three Fortune 500 companies—Manpower, ITT Technical Institute, and The Washington Post.
As an actor, Chad appeared as Bill Ryan (Reporter) in the Netflix feature film Shirley (2024), performing alongside Oscar-winning actress Regina King and under the direction of Academy Award winner John Ridley. He also appeared in the hit film She’s All That with Paul Walker.
Chad is an active member of the Church of the Resurrection in New Albany, Ohio, and has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters and an adult reading literacy program. He lives in Ohio with his wife, Erika, and their daughter, Scarlett.
