Chad J. Willett is a TEDx speaker, two-time author, professional actor, and founder of Broadway2LA Acting Studio who leverages his acting background with his experience in working America to create one-of-a-kind keynote addresses and workshops for his audiences.
Chad is the author of Smash the Box and Rip Off the Rearview Mirror and creator of the Building Innovative Leaders program, which challenges leaders to embrace four powerful pillars—Vision, Breaking the Script, Strategy, and Execution—to turn bold ideas into measurable results.
Chad was featured in the hit film She’s All That with Paul Walker and cast in the Netflix feature film Shirley, where he acted alongside Oscar-winning actress Regina King and worked with Academy Award-winning director John Ridley.
He has also worked for three Fortune 500 companies—Manpower, ITT Technical Institute, and The Washington Post—giving him a unique perspective that combines the stage, business, and leadership.
Chad is a member of St. Mary’s Church in German Village, Ohio, has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters and adult reading literacy programs, and is most proud to be husband to his wife, Erika, and father to his daughter, Scarlett.
