Chad J. Willett is an employee of “Willett Ventures, LLC” (S-Corporation) and is insured through State Farm Insurance. Below are a list of requirements that need to be met in order to book Chad for a speaking engagement- Keynote Address/ Workshop:
Deposits:
Once a contract is signed, 50% of the total fee will be required for all speaking events 20 days after the contract is signed and executed.
Payments in Full:
The final payment for Chad J. Willett is due on or before the day of your event. Before Chad takes the stage, he will need to be paid in full as stated in the contract.
COVID:
No refunds (Deposits) will be given back to Chad’s clients for the COVID pandemic, however, he will schedule make up sessions for a future event at your organization if the event is cancelled due to COVID.
Travel:
Chad J. Willett is responsible for all his travel arrangements to and from your event, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
Filming:
In order to film Chad J. Willett at any event, you will need his permission prior to your event. This permission must be in written form and signed by Chad J. Willett and the client.
Pre-Program Survey:
Chad J. Willett will email his clients a pre-program survey to customize the keynote address/ workshop for his audience. It is the client’s responsibility to complete the survey which will allow Chad to set up the “Teams” conference call.
