Payment Policy:
Chad J. Willett requires that all payments be made in full on or before the day of the presentation.
Deposits:
Chad J. Willett requires a 50% deposit prior to any speaking event unless otherwise stated in the contract. The deposit is due 14 days after the contract is signed by both parties.
Refund Policy:
Chad J. Willett does not offer refunds for deposits or payments when events are cancelled/rescheduled. However, he will make every effort to reschedule at the clients convenience and make the event at a future date. All DEPOSITS are final in order for Chad to hold the date for his client. If Chad J. Willett has to cancel the event for any reason, the deposit will be re-paid within 7 business days.
COVID:
Chad J. Willett does not offer refunds for deposits or payments when events are cancelled/ rescheduled due to COVID. However, he will make every effort to reschedule at the clients convenience and make the event at a future date.
Traveling Fees:
Chad J. Willett includes all his travel expenses (Flight/ Hotel/ Rental Car/ Meals) in his quotes to his clients unless stated differently in the contract.
Travel Arrangements:
Chad J. Willett will book all of his travel arrangements, unless, otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
Start/ End Time:
Chad J Willett’s start and end time shall follow what is written on the contract with a 30 minute grace period, if it changed, it needs to be in writing and agreed to by both parties.
