Over the past 10 years, I’ve discovered that my passion in life is to build & inspire innovative leaders who make the future happen.
And with said, I’m rolling out a new program this fall called, “Leadership from the Stage” which is in 4 chapters:

Chapter 2- Breaking the Script
Chapter 3- Strategy
Chapter 4- Execution
At a keynote address, seeing leaders create a vision for their organization that didn’t exist before, and challenging their old ways of thinking, is powerful.
Next, seeing leaders break away from their day their day to script by hosting impromptu meetings, idea generating, and in short, “Smashing the Box,” is transformational.
Seeing leaders create a strategy, and a focus on where they are going, and not where they have been by “Ripping Off the Rearview Mirror” is inspiring knowing that they will live their lives way less in the past, and more in the present.
Finally, at a workshop, seeing leaders develop an Innovation Plan, and have a process in place to take ideas and put them into action by asking the right questions, testing, prototyping, and validating, is what it’s all about- Execution.
