If you do presentations, discussions, or teach in a classroom and can make your audience feel invincible, you have a gift. The goal is to make our listeners feel like Superman/ Superwoman and know that they can take on and accomplish their goals.

As presenters our tendency is to be their “Guru” or “Mentor” and act like we have all the answers. However, the power of presenting is empowering others and making him/ her feel they can accomplish anything they set their mind too.

For example, when I present my keynote address “Rip Off the Rearview Mirror” I want the audience to create a “Through Line” in life and go after what they want.  I know if they take the time and create their “Through Line,” and pursue it, great things can happen.  I have experienced it first hand and I am seeing men and women throughout the country change their lives by knowing what they want, short term and long term, and going after it.

During your next presentation/ lesson make it all about your audience.  Create a mindset in your group where they can take on the world and give them the strategies/ techniques to do it.  When you accomplish this you not only will experience more success individually, you will be influencing and impacting lives.

Are you ready to “Rip Off the Rearview Mirror” and forget the past, stop anticipating the future, and live for the “Now?”
